The prescribed uniform is as follows:

BOYS:(Winter) Strip Shirt, Black Trousers, Institute's Neck Tie, Mairoon Blazer bearing Institute's logo and Black Leather Shoes.

Summer: Strip Shirt, Black Trousers, Institute's Neck Tie and Black Leather Shoes.

GIRLS:(Winter) Strip Shirt, Black Trousers/Black Salwar, Strip Sameez, White Duppatta/ Institute's Neck Tie, mairoon Blazer bearing Institute's logo and Black Leather Shoes.

Summer: Strip Shirt, Black Trousers/Black Salwar, Strip Sameez White Duppatta/ Institute's Neck Tie, and Black Leather Shoes.

Warning: All Students are Advised to follow the safety measures at the time of their Practical Classes at workshops or any where in the campus.

IDENTITY CARD

• Every student is supposed to get Institute Identity Card. In this connection a notice will be issued from the office regarding Photography.

• The photographer is available in the Institute Campus on those days announce by the institute for the same.

• Every student must be in possession of Identity Card with him/her. Failure to produce the identity card on demand of the competent authority will lead to disciplinary action/ imposition of fine.

• Loss of identity card must be reported to Director/Administrator immediately and a new card be obtained within a week.

PLEASE READ THE RULES & REGULATIONS CAREFULLY

• All students admitted in the institute will be governed by the rules and regulations as specified and also issued by the appropriate authorities from time to time.

• Students are responsible to the institute’s authorities for their conduct in the premises and in public.

• Students are required to abide by the dress code as specified within the campus during theory and practical classes.

• Use of alcoholic & psychoactive substances (Tobacco, Gutkha, Cigrette etc.) is strictly prohibited in the institute’s premises.

• Use of mobile phone in the institute campus is not permitted.

• Students shall be held responsible for the loss/repair/replacement of the institute’s property if caused by their carelessness.

• Any change in correspondence/permanent address and contact number must be informed in writing to the office of the institute.

• Institute has the number of seats limited by the NCVT authorities and any withdrawal from the course will leave the place vacant for the entire course duration, hence fee once paid will neither be refundable nor is transferable under any circumstances. However the amount deposited as security money will only be refundable against request made in writing.

• In case of pre-matured withdrawal from the course, students will be required to pay entire course fee as applicable.

• A minimum 80% attendance is mandatory to appear in the examinations conducted by NCVT/examining body.

• Students should not indulge in any anti national/anti administration/anti social activities. If found involved in such activities he/she is liable to be expelled from the institute & handed over to the civil administration/ law enforcement agencies of the Govt.

• Institute administration will not be responsible in any manner for the loss/damage caused to the individual belongings/valuable of the students.

• Semester design of the course curriculum may change according to the need by the NCVT. Duration of course, branch, subjects and examination pattern may vary as per the rules & regulation imposed by the NCVT/examining body or other appropriate authorities from time to time.

• Institute’s management holds the right to bring about any changes as deemed suitable for the smooth functioning & up-gradation of the performance of students and members of the administration.

• Ragging within the campus or outside is strictly prohibited under the law, hence involvement in any form is a punishable offence.
