As the entrance of the buildingthe Administration Block is situatedwhich includes Reception & Admission section, the Principal’s room, the Director’s room, Faculty’s room etc. The office is fully computerized with broad band access. Students and parents have access to the office regarding admission, fees payment, student registration& examinations, student’s grievances and all other educational needs.
The reception area is a vital part of an organization. It often also works asthe institute office fromwhere the administration controls and holds the institute together. It is also the first place where the visitors may come and can affect their perception of the institute. Vaishali Institution has well furnished Reception Area for its visitor’s enquiry.
The classrooms at Vaishali Institute creates an atmosphere that is conducive to learning and knowledge that the students require. All classrooms are equipped with all modern teaching aids. These include electronic media such as multimedia notebooks, LCD & O/H projectors, Wireless Microphone (Mic) etc. Every classroom is fitted with white board.
Library plays a vital role in any academic institution for both the faculty members and the students. A large number of books and periodicals are available in the library with ample seating-cum-reading arrangements.
Institute's library remains open from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM during academic session. To get enrolled as a library member, student shall fill up library form & submit it with membership fee Rs. 300/- for Two years. The students shall be authorized to draw 02 books from the library at a time for one week only. All the books issued shall be returned on or before the due date failing with an overdue charge will be levied @ Rs.5/-per week per book.
